This rental is only for students:
Furnished room in a house in Nacka / Saltsjö Duvnäs for rent to a non-smoking, cleanly, female student. The room is about 25 sqm and has its own entrance, as well as a kitchenette and WC (shower upstairs). Good storage (walk-in closet, wardrobe + chest of drawers). Laundry room is in the house and shared with the landlord. No pets.

• Parking included.
• Price: SEK 7,000 / month. + one month deposition which is payed back at the end of the contract.
• Communications:
Bus stop with good communications is close (about 3 min walk). About 20 minutes by bus (hidden)1 to Slussen.
• Other:
Close to nature and swimming area available (approx. 50 m to the nearest lake, Långsjön). References needed.

Möblerat rum i ett hus i Nacka/ Saltsjö Duvnäs uthyres till en rökfri, skötsam, kvinna, student. Rummet är på ca 25 kvm och har egen ingång, samt en pentry och WC (dusch en trappa upp). God förvaring (klädkammare, garderob + byrå). Tvättstuga finns i huset och delas med hyresvärden. Ej husdjur.

• Pris: 7,000 sek/månad. + en månad deposition som återbetalas efter hyresperioden.
• Kommunikationer:
Busshålplats med goda kommunikationer finns nära (ca 3 min promenad). Ca 20 min med buss (hidden)71 till Slussen.

Naturnära och badplats finns (ca 50 m till närmaste sjö, Långsjön). Vi tar referenser.
